Going into the game Lisburn Ladies sat on top of the pile ahead of the fixture opponents Mid Ulster Ladies in third who had played one game less.
It was Mid Ulster Ladies who started the stronger taking an early one goal lead before both teams settled into their strides however it was Mid Ulster who were more clinical in-front of goal taking a two goal lead into half-time.
It was the Co. Tyrone side who came out the better after the break stretching their lead with a cooly taken goal after a precise pass through the inside channel.
As the half wore on the experience of the Lisburn Ladies side told with their midfield beginning to dominate the play pressing the Mid Ulster side which lead to a great break down the left and neat finish into the top corner from Sara Stevenson on the hour mark.
Lisburn Ladies once again broke down the left grabbing a second before Rachel Kerr was unfortunate to turn the ball into her own net from a corner to level the game at 3-3.
It was in the dying minutes that again Lisburn Ladies penetrated down the left and from a sumptuous cross substitute Hayley Anderson directed her header low into the far corner to secure a 4-3 victory for the league leaders.
