London and Liverpool clubs could host Premier League fans next month

Brighton, Chelsea, Liverpool and West Ham will be able to allow fans into their stadiums for their first Premier League matches in December under the new tier system in England to tackle the spread of coronavirus.

Those clubs are within tier two areas, meaning if the clubs wish to they can welcome in up to 2,000 fans.

However the news is not welcoming for all as clubs in Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle and Leeds are all excluded under tier 3 restrictions.
