NI and Linfield Ladies' keeper Lauren Perry joins Blackburn Rovers Ladies

It's been officially announced that Northern Ireland and Linfield Ladies keeper Lauren Perry has joined Blackburn Rovers Ladies in the FA Women's Championship and will link up with former Linfield Ladies teammate Louise McDaniel who joined the Lancashire side two weeks ago.

Also on the same day fellow Linfield Ladies player Kelsie Burrows shall join Lauren at Rovers Ladies and will undoubtedly sure up the defence after yet another solid season for the Blues.

Lauren (18) who shall be attending University in nearby Preston brings a wealth of experience to the Blackburn side who are languishing at the foot of the table in the Women's Championship with four defeats from four shipping 11 goals in the process.

Lauren has been ever present in the senior goals for Linfield for 3 seasons earning caps at U19 and senior level for Northern Ireland including representing Linfield in the UEFA Women's Champions League in the last two seasons.
